We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Business Process Analyst with Identity & Access Management (IAM) expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT, focusing on IAM processes, application onboarding, and migration projects. This role requires excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, along with a strong understanding of IAM governance, processes, and tools (preferably SailPoint IdentityIQ).
Identify functional and non-functional requirements for IAM standard processes by engaging with business stakeholders.
Define requirements for onboarding business applications into SailPoint.
Contribute to migration strategies and align migration plans with business stakeholders.
Collaborate with IT Architects and stakeholders to challenge and improve IAM roadmaps.
Define and scope MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) for IAM solutions in close collaboration with development teams.
Create functional designs, specifications, and user stories aligned with IAM principles and strategy.
Validate solution designs to ensure alignment with IAM solution architecture.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through interviews, workshops, presentations, and effective communication.
Provide documentation such as IAM processes, work instructions, and reports.
5+ years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
Strong expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) processes.
Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (or similar IAM tools).
Proven track record in migration projects between IGA solutions.
Ability to collect and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research.
Skilled in summarizing and presenting technical content to non-technical audiences.
Experience with Agile methodology and stakeholder communication planning.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, best practices, and frameworks.
