From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for a Premium Sportswear brand an Assistant Store Manager in Eindhoven.
In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich and Amsterdam.
Please find below your main tasks as an Assistant Store Manager:
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs by maximizing the business opportunities;
- Contribute to sales figures’ analysis and elaborations;
- Actively suggest and contribute to maintain and expand client’s network locally;
- Contribute to a high level of customer service;
- Ensure the staff meet all the company standards on appearance, selling ceremony, behaviours;
- Contribute to display set-up, liaising with Visual Merchandising;
- Coordinating and training the team in accordance with the Store Manager.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a managerial role.
- Excellent communications, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Commercially driven and result oriented approach is key together with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in English and Dutch is a plus.
