Our client is seeking for a dedicated and experienced Medior Desktop Support Specialist (m/f/x) to join the team in Amsterdam, covering a 6-month sick leave for a senior team member. This is a second-line desktop support role, requiring a strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide second-line desktop support for our users in Amsterdam
  • Manage and resolve tickets through ServiceNow
  • Perform laptop and mobile phone replacements
  • Transition from AirWatch to Intune for device management
  • Ensure seamless operation of Windows 10-11 and Mac systems
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 for various support tasks and user management
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in desktop support roles, particularly with Windows 10-11 and Mac systems
  • Familiarity with Intune for device management (highly beneficial)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
  • Must be available to work on-site in Amsterdam, 5 days a week
