We are looking for a Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and onsite visits. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop solutions and improvements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues
