We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Lead to join our international HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll lead the recruitment agenda across our business, working closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and senior leaders to shape and deliver a talent strategy that fuels our next phase of growth.

What you’ll need to bring to the team:
8+ years’ experience in global recruitment, ideally with a blend of in-house and agency exposureStrong relationship-building skills – you’re credible with senior leaders and approachable with hiring managersA commercial mindset – you think beyond requisitions and bring insight to the tablePassion for inclusive, unbiased hiring and an interest in applying AI and emerging tools to recruitmentExcellent writing, communication and storytelling skills – job ads, LinkedIn posts, and internal briefingsProficiency in English (written and spoken). Own end-to-end recruitment across all functions – from scoping and sourcing to offer and onboardingPartner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand team needs and deliver smart, timely, and tailored recruitment solutionsStrengthen our employer brand by telling compelling stories and helping us stand out in a competitive marketIntroduce modern and inclusive hiring practices – from structured interviews to AI-powered sourcing and unbiased job advertsUse data and insight to guide hiring decisions, track market trends, and provide regular reporting to HR and senior stakeholdersWork closely with the Head of HR on workforce planning and long-term talent strategiesCollaborate with the Head of Recruitment at MSIG Europe to share best practices, align on reporting, and support group-level recruitment initiativesYou’ll focus on meaningful, strategic work. Operational support is available for admin-heavy tasks, and you’ll be empowered to lead rather than follow.
