Mobile Health don’t just work in healthcare, they take healthcare on the road. With support from Health NZ, their one-of-a-kind mobile operating theatre delivers vital day surgery to rural towns across Aotearoa. Every five weeks, they complete a full circuit of the country, bringing together their core team, clinical experts and local nurses to make surgery more accessible than ever before.
The Patient & Clinical Support Coordinator plays a pivotal role in keeping the service running seamlessly. This is an opportunity to be a part of something truly unique as they change lives across rural New Zealand.

This is no ordinary coordination job. You’ll be the hub that keeps their mission moving, ensuring patients are well supported with attention and warmth, clinical supplies are where they need to be, documentation flows smoothly, and the team has the backing they need to deliver safe, effective care.
What you’ll own:
- Patient Selection & Follow-up – ensuring that suitable patients are selected for procedures and that follow-up is completed after surgery.
 
- Inventory & Procurement – managing supplies so the right products are in the right place at the right time, including picking and packing orders for the surgical unit.
 
- Quality & Reporting – monitoring stock levels, tracking usage, and ensuring best use of products.
 
- Process Improvement – identifying smarter, simpler ways to manage supplies and patient information.
 
- Team Support – providing reliable, organised support that helps the whole team succeed.
