About the Role

As a senior UX practitioner, you’ll play a critical role in crafting and delivering world-class user experiences across web, mobile, and beyond. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you’ll guide stakeholders, mentor juniors, and drive confident design decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to align UX with our business goals while advocating for the user at every step.

This isn’t a people-management position—it’s about leading projects and raising the bar for design excellence across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as an area lead for the UX design team, focusing on service design and improving the full customer journey.
  • Own and manage end-to-end projects, leading stakeholders and teams to make confident design decisions.
  • Deliver exceptional user experiences across web, mobile, and internal-facing tools, ensuring a consistent and elegant aesthetic.
  • Collaborate with user researchers to leverage insights and evidence in your designs.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to align the UX vision across the organization.

Immediately contribute by:

  • Setting the standard of what “good looks like” for the UX design team
  • Updating and mapping user journeys with researchers.
  • Leading stakeholder sessions to shape new features for all users.
  • Co-leading the dashboard migration and redesign with Engineering.
  • Partnering with content and format teams to enhance user experiences.
  • Launching small-scale experiments to refine features.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For
  • 5–8+ years of experience leading large-scale consumer projects (e.g., app redesigns, major product iterations, or new verticals).
  • A UX portfolio that showcases impactful, large-scale UX solutions (we’d love to see your work during the interview).
  • Deep expertise in service design and crafting consistent user flows backed by user research and data insights.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to partner cross-functionally and tell the story of UX beyond the design team.
  • Experience with research-focused design philosophies that drive change through user feedback, usability data, and analytics.
  • Expertise in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and a thorough understanding of EU accessibility laws and their practical application.
  • Proficiency in Figma is essential, as is the ability to leverage AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and improve design outcomes.
  • Mastery in UX tools (we’re into Figma) and a strong foundation in interaction design, prototyping, and UX best practices when building the foundations of a pattern library and early design system.
  • Proven ability to deliver consistent experiences across both web and mobile platforms.
  • Thrives in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Shares our passion for learning, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Is open-minded, positive, and curious, bringing creative ideas and solutions.
