A leading international LED lighting manufacturer is seeking a full-time Personal Assistant to support the President & CEO at their European headquarters in Amsterdam.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for the President & CEO, supporting with research, information, and requests
  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate international and local travel and accommodations
  • Handle expense reports, appointments, and event planning for both business and occasional personal matters
  • Oversee daily office operations, including ordering supplies and managing services like cleaning and maintenance
  • Assist with personal scheduling or errands as directed
  • Requirements

    Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior experience supporting C-level or senior leadership
  • Flexibility for occasional extended hours or travel
  • Strong multi-tasking ability and comfort with shifting priorities
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Full-time presence in the office
  • Fluent in both English and Dutch
  • This role requires a background check
