Job DescriptionThe Account Manager is responsible for the further growth of the hotel network in Germany. With a portfolio consisting mainly of A-accounts and chain accounts, this professional serves as the first point of contact for hotels on the platform. Building strong relationships, ensuring visibility of deals, and optimizing the findability of offers are key responsibilities.
In addition, the Account Manager plays an active role in collaboration with the marketing team to keep customers informed and encourage them to book. Monitoring market developments and responding to changing conditions is also part of the daily activities. Another important aspect of the role is coaching and guiding colleagues within the Sales team to further enhance the level of Account Management.
