About the Internship We are offering a unique internship tailored for Bachelor’s and Master’s level students who are looking to build their skills in Recruitment and Human Resources. This internship offers practical experience in a fast-moving environment, where you’ll develop valuable skills and work on meaningful projects.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and attracting candidates using targeted recruitment strategies.
Supporting the recruitment process by identifying and matching top talent with suitable opportunities.
Qualifying and conducting interviews with candidates.
Managing the interview process with candidates.
Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
Enhancing training and development content at Human Capital.
Attracting new candidates and clients by creating social media content and job advertisements across platforms like Linkedin, Instagram and TikTok.
Developing creative strategies to grow our online presence and strengthen audience interaction.
Requirements
Fluent in English.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with access to a stable internet connection and a personal laptop.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
A proactive mindset and the ability to manage diverse tasks efficiently.
Able to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week.
