Job description
Act as the face of HR for the employees of the country in which you work. Ensure professional, timely and accurate resolution of queries and issues. Act as the local HR systems expert (SuccessFactors and SAP Launchpad), provide introductions, training, and guidance to enable all users successfully engage with our HR systems.
Reports to: Team Lead HR Operations, NL
Contract duration : The position is temporary for 6-8 months.
Main duties and responsibilities
Apply your functional HR expertise to prioritise, respond to and resolve HR questions, requests and issues. Quickly escalate more complex queries to the appropriate point of contact within the local HR team.
Execute all actions related to the employee lifecycle, e.g. onboarding, cross boarding and offboarding, from drafting the confirmation letter/contract to processing the change in the HR systems and delivering the change to payroll.
Keep the work instructions and associated process flows up to date.
Regularly review the HR data to ensure real-time reporting is always based on accurate data.
Support the delivery of accurate reports for the monthly finance reforecast process and play a key role in the organisational reporting for the annual business planning process. Includes tailor made reports as well.
Support systems testing for HRIS related platforms as needed.
Support implementation of law changes in a project-based way into policies, processes, and systems.
Required qualifications and experience
Minimum of 3-5 year experience in similar HR role.
Minimum of 1-3 year experience with SAP HCM & SuccessFactors (preferred)
Knowledge of Dutch labour law, social and tax law.
Excellent communications skills in Dutch & English.
