Warehouse team leader

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you are responsible for guiding and motivating your team. You work in a dynamic environment with various customers and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse processes.

Your daily tasks include:

• Coach, train, and manage your team members

• Provide input for projects to improve logistics processes and procedures

• Monitor compliance with legal, company, and safety regulations

• Direct daily operational activities and make sure everything runs smoothly

• Work in day shift or two-shift schedule, depending on business needs

• Experience in leading a team in a warehouse environment
• Willingness to work in day shift or two-shift rotation
• Very good command of English, spoken and written

• Salary according to DSV Contract Logistics CLA: €2,586 – €3,414 (depending on experience)
• 24 vacation days + 4 ADV days + 8% holiday allowance
