Marklogic solution architect (id:1376)

• Lead the design, development, and integration of solutions using MarkLogic NoSQL multi-model database.
  
• Drive data modeling, XQuery development, XML/XSLT transformations, and integration with business-critical applications.
  
• Collaborate with IT System Architects, business teams, and solution teams to align development with strategic IT and business goals.
  
• Facilitate workshops, translate business requirements into IT solutions, and ensure alignment with the IT roadmap.
  
• Propose, implement, and follow up on solutions to address structural IT challenges.
  
• Support application development by leveraging expertise in Java, Node.js, and DevOps tools (GitLab, JFrog, Terraform, Helm).
  
• Contribute to the definition and execution of the short- and long-term IT roadmap, including epics and features.
  

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with proven expertise in application development and IT solution design.
  
• Deep proficiency in MarkLogic NoSQL, data modeling, and data integration.
  
• Strong hands-on knowledge of XQuery, XML, XSLT, XSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  
• Experience aligning IT solutions with evolving business needs.
  
• Proficiency in Java, Node.js, and DevOps tools such as GitLab, JFrog, Terraform scripts, and Helm.
  
• Strong collaboration, coordination, and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
  

• Lead technical workshops and clearly translate business needs into IT requirements.
  
• Work closely with system architects, IT, and business stakeholders to manage risks and provide solution guidelines.
  
• Define and maintain IT roadmaps while ensuring execution of aligned epics and features.
  
• Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex challenges.
