What You’ll Do:
- Build, manage, and optimize Pay Per Lead campaigns
- Collaborate with design and copy teams to drive high-converting funnels
- Source traffic through social ads, search, affiliate networks, or cold outreach
- Analyze lead quality, CPL, and conversion metrics daily
- Test new channels and double down on what performs
The Profile
What You Bring:
- Proven experience running PPL campaigns
- Hands-on knowledge of platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, native ads, etc.
- Data-driven mindset with A/B testing experience
- Strong understanding of lead validation and tracking tools
- A hunger to scale, test, and win
