Description

As a Functional
Application Engineer Operations at HQ Pack, you will work at the
intersection of logistics and IT. Your main task is to ensure that
our logistics processes are optimized, reliable, and scalable. You
will work on improvement projects involving warehouse operations,
inventory management, and data-driven logistics
solutions.

Your responsibilities
include:

  • Gathering requirements from
    internal stakeholders and translating them into functional
    designs
  • Working closely with external
    developers on system maintenance and
    enhancements
  • Analyzing and optimizing supply
    chain and warehouse processes
  • Leading
    improvement projects in traceability, material flows, and inventory
    management
  • Identifying bottlenecks and
    supervising process improvement
    implementations
  • Supporting ERP and WMS systems
    as a logistics key-user
  • Creating user training
    materials and coaching team
    members
  • Collaborating with customer service and
    operations teams

Requirements

Who are you? We are
looking for someone with:

  • A completed
    college education (HBO), preferably in logistics, supply chain,
    business administration, or IT
  • Minimum 3 years
    of experience in a logistics or supply chain
    environment
  • Knowledge of lean methodologies and
    process optimization
  • Affinity with ERP, WMS, or
    web-based inventory systems
  • Strong analytical
    skills and a process-driven mindset
  • Fluent in
    both Dutch and English
  • Willing and able to work
    on-site in the Netherlands
