As a Coördinator Technical Support, You will lead the onsite technical team to ensure maximum uptime of automated systems by executing safe, timely preventive and corrective maintenance. You will drive continuous improvement and base decisions on data analysis. As the lead technical specialist, you will perform firstline minor repairs identified by your Automation Maintenance Technicians and oversee the quality of their work through random checks. You will provide constructive feedback to support their development and ensure consistently high maintenance standards across the site. This role reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
Leadership & People DevelopmentSchedule, coach, and performancemanage the technical team; maintain the skills matrix and succession planning.Lead daily shift handovers and weekly toolbox talks; ensure adherence to safe systems of work.Maintenance ExecutionApprove and prioritize CMMS work orders; ensure ≥ % ontime completion of preventive maintenance tasks.Supervise and support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, PLC, and robotic faults to ensure minimal Mean Time to Repair MTTR.Contractor & Vendor ControlAct as site permit issuer; supervise and sign off on all vendor and contractor activities.Spare Parts & Budget StewardshipMaintain minimum–maximum stock levels for critical spare parts; oversee monthly cycle counts and drive costsaving initiatives.Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget opex & capex, ensuring performance within a ±3% variance.Continuous Improvement & ReportingFacilitate weekly Root Cause Analysis RCA meetings for downtime events; drive corrective actions and continuous improvement through Kaizen initiatives.Own the site's technical KPI dashboard and escalate deviations to the Site Operations Manager. Profiel:
Vocational Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; Experience with robotics is a plus;Minimum of 5 years handson maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role;Proficient with CMMS systems and skilled in data analysis e.g., Excel, Tableau;Independent, creative, and serviceoriented mindset;Qualitydriven and precise in execution;Strong leadership and coaching abilities; builds trust, delegates effectively, and develops team talent;Embraces continuous improvement and applies Lean and RCA tools to reduce downtime;Strong communication and influencing skills; collaborates well with operations, safety, and external vendors;Customerfocused, treating internal production teams as clients and delivering on SLAs.
