Requirements As a Senior Technical lead- Java, you will: Drive end-to-end software development across the full lifecycle, from solution design to deployment and operations. Lead the technical landscape, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security of solutions. Implement and maintain applications using Spring Boot, Java/Kotlin, and modern CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins). Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications on Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Work with NoSQL and SQL databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL. Build event-driven systems leveraging Kafka and other messaging platforms. Contribute to cloud-native solutions on Azure, AWS, and GCP platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to align business requirements with technical solutions. Mentor and guide team members, fostering technical excellence and professional growth. What You Bring to the Table: 12 years of hands-on experience in full software lifecycle development. 8+ years of expertise in relevant technology stacks (Spring Boot, Java/Kotlin, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Cloud). Strong knowledge of CI/CD automation, DevOps practices, and Agile frameworks. Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior engineers. Familiarity with GraphQL is a plus. Ability to design solutions with a strong focus on non-functional requirements (scalability, security, maintainability). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders. You should possess the ability to: Take a hands-on approach to software implementation and problem-solving. Lead and motivate people while driving technical delivery. Balance multiple priorities while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Communicate key updates and challenges in a clear, timely, and accurate manner. Adapt to evolving technologies and apply a wide variety of open-source and in-house tools.
