Job Description
As a Senior Technical lead- Java, you will:
  • Drive end-to-end software development across the full lifecycle, from solution design to deployment and operations.
  • Lead the technical landscape, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security of solutions.
  • Implement and maintain applications using Spring Boot, Java/Kotlin, and modern CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
  • Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications on Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Work with NoSQL and SQL databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
  • Build event-driven systems leveraging Kafka and other messaging platforms.
  • Contribute to cloud-native solutions on Azure, AWS, and GCP platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align business requirements with technical solutions.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 12 years of hands-on experience in full software lifecycle development.
  • 8+ years of expertise in relevant technology stacks (Spring Boot, Java/Kotlin, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Cloud).
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD automation, DevOps practices, and Agile frameworks.
  • Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior engineers.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
  • Ability to design solutions with a strong focus on non-functional requirements (scalability, security, maintainability).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Take a hands-on approach to software implementation and problem-solving.
  • Lead and motivate people while driving technical delivery.
  • Balance multiple priorities while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Communicate key updates and challenges in a clear, timely, and accurate manner.
  • Adapt to evolving technologies and apply a wide variety of open-source and in-house tools.
