Production employee

The company makes boxes for agriculture. Currently 80.000 boxes are produced per year.

Four boxes are made from one cubic meter of wood. So a total of 20.000 cubic meters of wood is processed per year.

All the wood that is processes is STIP certified. STIP certified companies only process responsibly produced wood.

As a production employee, you'll join a company in Espel that specializes in making wooden crates for the agricultural industry. Each day, you'll make sure crates for products like onions, carrots, and potatoes meet the highest quality standards.

This is what you'll do:

• Inspect and repair wooden crates and shelves
• Refill the nail gun machine
• Place loose planks on the conveyor belt
• Keep an eye on the production process and handle simple technical issues
• Support colleagues when possible

Your working days are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00.

• Good command of English; Dutch language skills are a plus
• Interest in agriculture and technology
• Willingness to work overtime (always voluntary)
• Enjoy performing hands-on tasks

• Salary between €2,700 and €2,820 gross per month,
• Travel allowance,
• 8.33% holiday pay,
