• Propose optimized (“to-be”) business processes aimed at reducing operational costs and Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) requirements.
  
• Collaborate with technical SMEs to design and implement automation solutions for business processes.
  
• Document business requirements, workflows, and process maps to support transformation initiatives.

• 8–10 years of professional experience in business analysis and process optimization, preferably in the banking domain.
  
• Strong understanding of business process re-engineering and automation.
  
• Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements that deliver measurable business value.
  
• Familiarity with business process management (BPM) tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in banking and financial technology environments.
  

• Critically analyze complex processes and recommend effective solutions.
  
• Translate business challenges into technical requirements for automation.
  
• Influence stakeholders by presenting data-driven insights and process improvement opportunities.
