Your role as a Assistant Crane Operator:
Attaching and guiding loads during crane movements Securing chains, slings, or straps around metal profiles Inspecting lifting equipment for wear and ensuring compliance with safety standards Communicating clearly with the crane operator, either visually or via radio Guiding the lifting and movement of heavy goods Securing the work area before and after lifts Promptly reporting any hazardous situations or irregularities
Work schedule:
During the training period, you will work one shift from Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 15:30. After this, you may be required to work a two-shift schedule, with the second shift running from 15:30 to 24:00.
To succeed in this job, you should be:
Knowledgeable about lifting safety regulations Experienced in lifting work or crane operations (preferred) Physically fit and able to work under pressure In possession of a VCA certificate or willing to obtain one Able to communicate well in English or Dutch What can we as an employment agency guarantee you?
