Role Overview

We’re seeking a MarTech Manager to lead the adoption, governance, and value realisation of marketing technologies across our group.

You will serve as a critical link between central marketing, the data team, and our local brands, ensuring that our marketing technology stack drives growth, efficiency, and data-driven decision making.

You’ll align stakeholders across marketing, tech, and data, oversee tool rollouts, and empower our brands to succeed through consistent data, scalable frameworks, and best practices.

This is a high-visibility role where you’ll combine business thinking, stakeholder management, and technical fluency to unlock the full potential of MarTech across 60+ brands.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment


  • Define and drive the MarTech strategy and roadmap aligned to business growth priorities.


  • Build strong relationships with commercial and brand leads and central teams to align on needs, priorities, and adoption plans.


  • Act as the bridge between marketing, tech, and data, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.


  • Lead change management and adoption efforts when introducing new tools or processes.

Business Impact & Performance Enablement


  • Champion the use of marketing technology to improve lead generation, conversion, and campaign performance.


  • Oversee usage and measure business impact/ROI of key platforms to ensure they deliver value and efficiency.


  • Support local teams in developing data-driven performance dashboards and reporting structures.

Technical Oversight & Best Practices


  • Provide oversight and guidance on the setup and integration of key tools (e.g. GA4, GTM, HubSpot, server-side tagging, CDPs).


  • Ensure consistent data tracking, taxonomy, and measurement frameworks are implemented across brands.


  • Create and maintain centralised documentation, playbooks, and implementation guidelines to drive consistency and scalability.


  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations in tool configurations and tracking practices.

What We’re Looking For


  • 7+ years in marketing technology, marketing operations, or digital marketing leadership role, ideally in a multi-brand or international environment.


  • Proven experience leading MarTech programs or platform rollouts that improved marketing performance and operational efficiency.


  • Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders across geographies, influence decisions, and secure alignment.


  • Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset, using insights to drive marketing decisions and prove ROI.


  • Technical fluency with tools like GA4, GTM, HubSpot, server-side tagging, and familiarity with platforms such as BigQuery, Funnel.io, Supermetrics, and Amplitude.


  • Excellent communication skills: able to simplify the complex for non-technical stakeholders.


  • Fluent in English plus one other European language.
