  • Coordinating Test
    & Deployment activities for customers as defined in service
    contracts and development
    environments.
  • Creating, planning, and managing
    release calendars and schedules for site deployments, including the
    creation of deployment documentation for production
    deployments.
  • Managing and aligning test
    schedules and deployment preparations with the Service Test &
    Deployment team.
  • Overseeing the execution of
    deployments in production environments alongside the Service Test
    & Deployment team.
  • Delegating Jira tickets
    received from sites and internal
    engineers.
  • Ensuring plans are met, highlighting
    potential delays, and implementing mitigation
    actions.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders on all
    related Test & Deployment
    activities.
  • Handling escalations during site
    deployments.
  • Making Go/No-go decisions based on
    testing results.
  • Facilitating Change Advisory
    Board (CAB) meetings.
  • Conducting
    post-implementation reviews after each change deployment to ensure
    continuous improvement and continuous delivery
    (CI/CD).
  • Contributing to the continual
    improvement of all processes and identifying areas for
    enhancement.
  • Documenting and maintaining
    process and procedures
    documentation.
  • Coordinating with product
    development to assess process-level risks and communicate change
    and release activities and their impacts to relevant stakeholders
    (ITSDM, site-based teams, T&D team, management, service desk,
    etc.).
  • Ensuring end-to-end change processes for
    all planned releases are adhered to in production
    environments


Functie-eisen />
  • A Bachelor's Degree
    in a relevant field and a minimum of 4 years of working
    experience.
  • An understanding of ITIL processes
    of Change Management and Release & Deployment Management, with
    demonstrable experience in executing these
    processes.
  • Working knowledge of tools such as
    Dos Maximo, ServiceNow, or preferably Jira. Knowledge of Microsoft
    Project is desirable.
  • Experience with software
    processes (SDLC), especially release and deployment processes
    (CI/CD) pipelines and methodologies, is
    desirable.
  • A continuous process improvement
    mindset.
  • A focus on quality with attention to
    accuracy and detail.
  • Strong planning and
    organizational skills.
  • A result and
    goal-oriented attitude with a hands-on mentality, even under
    pressure.
