Your goal is to provide a professional and smooth user experience for local HR teams and end users of our HR systems. In close alignment with the Centres of Expertise, the local HR teams, and the HR Process Experts, you will identify opportunities for process improvements. These efforts can be supported by adjusting current systems or purchasing new ones, in which case you’ll closely work together with HR Tech and Procurement.
You will impact business performance by implementing scalable solutions that enable us to work together effectively, globally. You will work on a wide variety of topics from optimising our processes within HR towards driving large projects.
YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES
You help your team in ensuring a feasible roadmap, creating and maintaining a global process framework, enabling fact-based decision making and ensuring global standards. You manage workload with the Global HR Process Excellence team to ensure smooth project delivery and feasible workloads. You keep track of developments in the market, discuss new releases on current systems, etc. You work together with the Centres of Expertise to understand and translate their vision and best practices, and bring them to life. Act as an ambassador for Global HR processes, systems and guidelines and navigate organizational changes. You will lead a team of 9 HR Process Experts working in different HR domains. A Bachelor or master’s degree and over 5 years of relevant work experience in HR processes and HR solutions. Broad knowledge of legislation, coordination of processes, reporting, compliancy, HR systems & procedures. Strong Project-, stakeholder-, and change management experience A strong customer orientation and the ability to build a service centered culture Fluency in English Influential skills to drive results cross-functionally and in a matrix organization Ability to identify training needs & deliver 1:1 coaching Effective listening and communication skills, fluency in English Excellent people management & staff development skills JOIN OUR TEAM
