  • Independently define technical
    specifications based on functional requirements, collaborating
    closely with internal and external
    customers.
  • Design PCBs for LED products and
    electronics applications, ensuring innovative solutions are
    realized.
  • Define project timelines and maintain
    schedules for hardware development.
  • Document
    and report all activities
    systematically.
  • Establish production and test
    requirements, overseeing the first production series on behalf of
    R&D.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional
    teams, including NPI, quality, and production
    departments.
  • Test designed parts to optimize
    reliability, performance, cost, and
    manufacturability.

Functie-eisen />
  • MBO+ or HBO education in
    Electronics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in
    Electronics and (LED) PCB design.
  • Knowledge of
    Power Design (DC/DC and SMPS
    design).
  • Wide-ranging interest in
    specialization.
  • Strong team player with
    flexibility regarding working hours and
    tasks.
  • Interest in other disciplines within the
    R&D department.
