About the Role


As Logistics Market Lead, you will drive operational excellence within our supply chain by leading a team of demand and material planners. Together, you will maintain and improve critical logistics KPIs, proactively identify risks, implement improvements, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize delivery performance, inventory turnover, and planning stability, all while supporting a growing product portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of demand and material planners, fostering collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvements

  • Ensure high levels of On Time Delivery by proactively identifying risks and implementing improvement initiatives.

  • Optimize inventory levels to improve stock efficiency and reduce excess stock across the supply chain.

  • Drive process improvements and increase operational efficiency to support future growth of the product portfolio.

  • Ensure effective realization of the orderbook by accurately interpreting demand signals and aligning supply plans.

  • Minimize future deadstock by coordinating closely with internal stakeholders (Account Managers, Project Managers, Purchasing, Operations) and external partners to manage demand accuracy and product configurations.

  • Enhance planning stability through deep analysis of the supply chain and development of robust planning strategies to mitigate risks and disruptions.

    • Profile

  • A Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operational Management & Logistics, Business Economics or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience within Supply Chain Management or Logistics

  • Excel analysis Skills & BI-tools understanding

  • Knowledgeable with Lean and Kaizen methodologies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lead a team and motivate others to achieve goals.

  • Experience with ERP Systems (preferably SAP)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
