Our department takes on exciting challenges, such as designing new career paths, building thriving communities, driving performance and developing our organisational structure – one that's scalable, yet always personal.

As a HR trainee, you’ll join a 2-year development program made up of three rotations of 8 months. Each rotation offers you a deep dive into a different part of our fast-growing organization. Areas you may explore include:

  • HR operations
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Learning and Development
  • Advice
  • HR automation

From day one, you’ll contribute to real projects, work alongside experienced professionals, and build the foundation for a meaningful career in HR.

    Qualifications

    BRING ALL OF YOU

    You’re motivated, hands-on, and eager to learn. You want a career where you can grow, contribute, and make a difference in a purpose-driven company.

    • You hold (or will hold) a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, economics or a related field by February 2026.
    • You are curious, analytical, and ready to take initiative
    • You enjoy working with data and collaborating in a team
    • You are fluent in English
    • You do not have more than 1 year of work experience.
    • You identify with Rituals’ culture
