The Opportunity
Website maintenance and management - Oversee product listings, pricing, and promotional updates to ensure the site is commercially optimised and accurate.
Monitor & Report on Performance Metrics - Track key eCommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, revenue, AOV) and provide insights to inform trading and marketing actions. Collaborate closely with the Insights & Analytics (I&A) team to utilise analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Euromonitor, ECDB) to deliver monthly market and competitor insights.
Support Campaign Execution - Implement and coordinate online campaigns and promotions, ensuring alignment with marketing calendars and brand messaging.
Enhance Customer Journey & UX - Identify and action opportunities to improve the on-site experience, including navigation, checkout flow, and mobile optimisation.
Optimise Site Merchandising - Use data and analytics to improve category performance, product visibility, and site conversion through effective merchandising.
Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams - Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, customer service, and creative teams to deliver seamless DTC execution.
Manage Stock Visibility & Product Availability - Ensure accurate stock representation online and proactively flag low/out-of-stock items with alternatives where needed.
Leverage Customer Insights - Use customer feedback, search data, and reviews to improve product content, identify trends, and support trading decisions.
Ensure Compliance & Brand Consistency - Maintain accurate, legally compliant, and brand-aligned product content and site messaging.
Support eCommerce Projects & Improvements - Assist with website enhancements, A/B testing, feature rollouts, and platform updates as directed by the eCommerce Manager. The Skills you will bring to the team
A university degree in Marketing, Business or eCommerce.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
A good understanding of digital content and eCommerce platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
A proactive team player with a hands-on attitude and willingness to learn, able to work efficiently in fast-paced settings with a positive attitude
Previous experience (e.g. internship, placement, entry-level role) in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or digital marketing
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), product uploading, or online retail platforms (e.g. Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify is a plus) is desirable
Ability to interpret performance data and make recommendations.
Experience working with analytics tools and market intelligence platforms such as Euromonitor and ECDB is desirable
