Working
hours
As an operator, you work full-time
in two shifts from Monday to Friday. Working hours are as follows:
- From 6 a.m. to 2
p.m. - From 1:45
p.m. to 9:45 p.m.

Employment agency Manpower is looking for multiple
senior operators for AkzoNobel in Sassenheim.

As an experienced operator at AkzoNobel, you’ll
be an essential part of the production of paints, coatings, and
varnishes. Following a thorough and fully paid training program,
you’ll work independently with the machines and take full
responsibility for the production process. You’ll work accurately
following existing recipes and focus on safety and quality. Your
tasks include:
- Independently
operating and managing complex machines
- Ensuring a smooth production process and
resolving malfunctions - Safeguarding product
quality and adhering to safety regulations
- Identifying and implementing process
improvements

make a direct contribution to AkzoNobel's success.

Functie-eisen
- At least one year of relevant work experience as an
operator, process operator (chemistry), technical operator,
production worker, chemical operator or similar
- Good command of the Dutch and/or English
language to ensure safety - Physically good
condition to lift heavy bags up to 23 kilograms
- Availability of 40 hours per week
- Good math skills
- Willingness to work in shifts and with
personal protective equipment (PPE)
