Our packaging area, where dry blending and canning lines come together, is where our products take their final form. As Team Leader Maintenance, you’ll be at the center of this operation, ensuring that our lines run reliably, safely, and efficiently so that every can leaves the factory on time and to the highest standards.

What will you do?

• Lead and coach a team of General Maintenance and Instrumentation & Control Technicians, as well as maintenance planners.

• Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities on packaging lines, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

• Be a visible leader on the shop floor, supporting your team and driving performance.

• Collaborate with the reliability expert team to improve equipment uptime and maintenance strategies.

• Review maintenance orders and prepare periodic KPI reports.

• Promote a strong safety culture and act as a safety ambassador.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through reliable and responsive service.

• Continuously improve departmental processes, procedures, and work instructions

• Conduct performance reviews and support team development through training and coaching.

• Build a strong relationship with the Operations team, acting as their technical counterpart and providing hands-on support to ensure smooth production.

Who are you?

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Technical Business Administration.

• Proven experience leading teams in a maintenance environment, preferably in Food or Pharma.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical installations and process automation.

• Familiar with ISO, GMP, HACCP, and EHS guidelines.

• Flexible mindset, available outside regular hours to support a 24/7 operation.

• Fluent in Dutch and English is essential for effective communication across teams.

• Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven.

• Able to motivate and develop team members.
