For our client, an international company in Amsterdam, we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic HR Officer.
Proposition As HR Officer you will work closely with the HR Manager and provide operational and administrative support on a variety of HR areas such as:
Keeping and ensuring that employment agreements and correspondence and that any legal documents are in Line with Labor & Social law, checking monitoring and updating,
Responsible for all the HR administration progress, set up, follow up, improvement, Â
Carrying out all activities for joiners and leavers and providing support with recruitment.
Preparing administering & controlling of salaries
Handling of holiday and sickness administration
Maintain accurate reports
Assisting with the onboarding process of new employees
Carrying out all activities for joiners and leavers and providing support with recruitment
Coordinating the logistics of internal and external training
Assist with other projects and duties and give support to management as requested.
Requirements: To be considered for the role you must have:
HBO work and thinking level, education in HR, or a LL.B/LL.M law degree with experience education in HR
Proven experience in a similar position, preferably in an international company;
Good interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication;
Good organisatonal and with administrative skills;
