Employment agency Manpower is searching
for a Customer Service Specialist for Dow in
Terneuzen.


As a Customer
Service Specialist, you are the first point of contact for
customers and ensure that their needs are met efficiently and
effectively. Your responsibilities include:

  • Executing the order entry and fulfillment process for a
    set of businesses and priority customers.
  • Maintaining a deep knowledge of Dow’s
    products, applications, and services.
  • Building
    strong customer relationships and understanding market needs.
  • Coordinating activities across customer
    accounts, proactively addressing issues, and implementing
    solutions.
  • Ensuring service levels meet
    business prioritization.
  • Balancing customer
    requirements with Dow’s capabilities to provide the best and most
    cost-effective solutions.
  • Supporting
    commercial strategies with Dow customers across multiple
    businesses.


What’s in it for you?

Functie-eisen />
  • A Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a
    related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and
    communication skills.
  • Ability to manage
    complex processes in a high-volume, international environment.
  • Excellent customer focus and collaboration
    skills across departments.
  • Fluency in English
    and at least one other European language
