As a German- and French-speaking Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for customers, dealers, and distributors across your region. After an in-depth onboarding program, including several days in the field, you will take ownership of:


  • Processing incoming orders

  • Managing customer relationships in your region

  • Preparing shipments using Boxwise

  • Handling complaints via Freshdesk

  • Acting as a technical helpdesk for customers

  • Registering QAs in Salesforce

  • Participating in quality meetings

You have an MBO-level diploma (or equivalent work experience) and a passion for customer service. You bring:


  • Fluency in German and French (required), Italian is a plus

  • Experience in customer service or internal sales

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably AFAS)

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • A proactive, eager-to-learn, and energetic mindset
