  • Lead sector-wide change programs within
    ERP & People Development
  • Develop and
    implement change strategies, adoption plans, and communication
    frameworks
  • Deploy change management processes,
    tools, and best practices within project teams

  • Act as a trusted advisor to project teams and senior
    management
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses and
    deploy targeted interventions
  • Coach and
    support change coordinators and junior team members

  • Align terminology and communications across sectors and
    define best-known methods
  • Contribute to
    budgeting strategies and ensure the integration of change efforts
    into the broader program
  • Continuously evaluate
    and adjust change approaches based on evolving business
    needs
  • Actively contribute to the growth of the
    change team through knowledge sharing and leadership


Functie-eisen

  • A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in
    Organizational Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or a
    related field
  • At least 10 years of experience
    in complex change management programs, ideally
    ERP-related
  • Proven expertise in change
    management, including knowledge of established frameworks, tools,
    and methodologies
  • Experience coaching senior
    stakeholders and guiding colleagues within the change
    domain
  • Strong communication skills and a
    background in stakeholder engagement

  • Experience in integrating change, communication, and
    training within large-scale transformation programs

  • Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus


Arbeidsvoorwaarden />
  • A gross monthly salary between €7,800 and
    €9,000, depending on your experience and seniority
