Lead sector-wide change programs within
ERP & People Development
Develop and
implement change strategies, adoption plans, and communication
frameworks
Deploy change management processes,
tools, and best practices within project teams

Align terminology and communications across sectors and
define best-known methods
Contribute to
budgeting strategies and ensure the integration of change efforts
into the broader program
Continuously evaluate
and adjust change approaches based on evolving business
needs
Actively contribute to the growth of the
change team through knowledge sharing and leadership

Functie-eisen

A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in
Organizational Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or a
related field
At least 10 years of experience
in complex change management programs, ideally
ERP-related
Proven expertise in change
management, including knowledge of established frameworks, tools,
and methodologies
Experience coaching senior
stakeholders and guiding colleagues within the change
domain
Strong communication skills and a
background in stakeholder engagement

Experience in integrating change, communication, and
training within large-scale transformation programs

Arbeidsvoorwaarden />

A gross monthly salary between €7,800 and
€9,000, depending on your experience and seniority

A permanent contract via Trinamics – no temporary
assignments or freelance constructions
