In this role, you will ensure smooth international logistics and support commercial activities. You will manage sea and air shipments, monitor stock and orders, and maintain close contact with customers and distributors. With hands-on use of ERP systems (D365) and Excel, you will play a key role in both supply chain performance and sales administration.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate international shipments and container transport;
- Ensure correct shipping documentation and on-time deliveries;
- Manage supply chain data and build KPI dashboards;
- Support sales with orders, invoices, forecasts, and customer queries;
- Monitor payments and maintain accurate ERP data;
- Collaborate with Account Managers to align stock and demand.
Manage international shipments while staying connected with global customers.You enjoy a mix of logistics and commercial tasks.
- Bachelor's degree and experience in supply chain and/or sales administration;
- Knowledge of international logistics, sea shipments, and container management;
- Skilled in ERP (preferably D365) and MS Office;
- Strong communicator in English (other languages are a plus);
- Accurate, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- One-year contract with option to renew;
- Monthly salary between €3,000 - €3,500 plus benefits;
