Regional Director of Food & Beverage

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences? At Lore Group, we’re looking for a Regional Director of Food & Beverage who brings an entrepreneurial mindset and a people-first approach to lead the F&B operations at our two iconic Amsterdam hotels: Pulitzer Amsterdam and Kimpton De Witt.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Hotel Managers, F&B teams, and the Regional General Manager to shape and execute a bold, refined, and guest-centric F&B strategy. Together, we strive not just for commercial success—but to create moments of joy, connection, and discovery for every guest. In this exiting role you will be part of the Lore Amsterdam Regional Leadership Team!

You’ll be responsible for overseeing a diverse and dynamic portfolio of restaurants and bars, including:

  • Jansz. Amsterdam – an effortless yet elegant all-day dining serving beautifully crafted dishes inspired by modern-Dutch cuisine.
  • Pulitzer Garden – a tranquil hidden gem for a casual breakfast, morning coffee, a great glass of wine or a beautiful plate of pasta.
  • Pulitzer’s Bar – a timeless hotel bar that tells a contemporary tale of cocktail history in an effortlessly elegant atmosphere.
  • Celia Amsterdam – a lively California-inspired restaurant, located in the buzzing city centre.
  • Café Celia – an all-day café for easy, everyday comfort, great coffee and coworking.
  • Super Lyan – a vibrant and casual cocktail bar by the internationally renowned Mr Lyan.

    • What you’ll do:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our F&B vision and strategy, ensuring each restaurant and bar is positioned for excellence.
  • Inspire and support our F&B leaders and teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and pride—because we believe in growing together as a Family.
  • Continuously look for ways to innovate, surprise, and elevate—infusing each concept with a spirit of Discovery that delights guests and sets new standards.
  • Drive operational excellence with a meticulous eye for Detail, ensuring consistency, quality, and profitability in everything we do.
  • Champion the Spirit of Lore Group: bold, imaginative, and deeply connected to people and place.

  • A strategic F&B leader with experience in multi-outlet or multi-property hospitality operations.
  • Commercially savvy with a creative flair—you balance numbers with intuition.
  • A mentor and motivator who leads with heart, integrity, and curiosity.
  • Proven success in driving performance while enhancing guest experience.
