Do you want to play a key role as an HR Business Partner in strengthening and professionalizing HR within an international technical organization? At KenzFigee, you will be responsible for your own portfolio and act as a trusted advisor to both management and employees.
About the role
As HR Business Partner, you are the primary point of contact for managers within your portfolio. You combine daily HR support with a strategic perspective: you advise, guide and implement improvements that contribute to the company’s growth. With your strong presence, you know how to advise and challenge line management, while also being pragmatic enough to provide hands-on support in operational processes.
You will work closely with the HR Manager and the HR team, directly contributing to the further development and implementation of our HR strategy.
What you will do
Advise management on HR-related topics such as performance, absenteeism, team development and workforce planning.
Facilitate the entire recruitment process: from drafting job postings and conducting interviews to employment offers and contracts.
Actively contribute to employer branding and attracting technical talent.
Coordinate inflow, throughflow and outflow and ensure smooth execution of the HR cycle.
Identify training needs and initiate talent management and succession planning.
Analyze and prepare HR data and reports to support decision-making.
Participate in HR projects that contribute to the professionalization and sustainable growth of the organization.
What you bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in HRM, Business Administration or Psychology.
At least 5 years of experience in a broad HR role, preferably within a technical or industrial environment.
Knowledge of labour law, HR policies and current HR trends.
Experience with collective labour agreements (experience with Metalektro CLA is a plus).
Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
A strong personality able to switch between strategic advising and operational execution.
