DP World is seeking for a Sales Executive to support the growth of DP World’s HVAC vertical. 

In this role, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan aimed at identifying the top regional/industry opportunities and expanding business to new accounts within HVAC industry.

How you will contribute

  • Generates effective leads and opportunities from the territory plan; qualifies and quantifies potential growth opportunities; maintains an up-to-date pipeline of current and future opportunities, quantifying number of opportunities, value of the opportunity and managing the probability to win.

  • Identifies and develops relationships with key decision makers at all levels within an account.

  • Understands the customer's business (strategically, operationally, financially), customer's buying process and identify all influences, intimately understanding their requirements.

  • Own the commercial relationship and contract negotiations with customer for all new business wins.

  • Leverages company resources (solution experts, industry experts, operations, executive support) to assist in developing accounts.

  • Manage existing contacts to international Industrial customers – consequently scheduling regular visits to customers.

  • Partners with colleagues in other regions on broader opportunities for select customers.

  • Representation of the company in the HVAC market in front of international customer as well as in conferences and panels. 

  • Always act as an ambassador for DP World when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviors in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.

  • What you will bring 

  • Degree in Business administration or transport/logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Around 5 years of experience within the contract logistics, transport, freight forwarding with a significant value-selling experience.

  • Experience in contract logistics sales, an existing book of business, and/or experience in the HVAC market.

  •  IT skills - You are highly proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; plus you are a good administrator when it comes to CRM-tool management. 

  • Flexibility to travel - You are ready to travel as needed, but at least between 30 - 60% of the time.

  • Languages - You speak and write fluent English – additional languages are a bonus.
