JRole - PEGA LSA (Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification)
Location Amsterdam, Netherlands
Working Type Onsite working mode (5 Days a week)
Language Needed: Just professional in English fluency.
Work position- Min. 6 to 12 months Contract (Possible Extension)
Responsibilities
Solution Architecture and Design:
Lead the design and architecture of Pega-based solutions, ensuring they align with business and functional requirements.
Develop high-quality, performant, and maintainable Pega applications.
Define the specific solution processes and business and functional requirements needed to realize these opportunities.
Implementation Guidance:
Guide the team through the implementation process, from design to deployment.
Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega.
Ensure adherence to best practices in Pega architecture, design, and coding.
Technical Leadership:
Lead the technical team through project completion.
Manage the integration requirements across different systems.
Work closely with business analysts and other team members to understand the business requirements and translate them into Pega solutions.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with other architects to explore and define how the proposed capabilities will fit into the overall solution architecture.
Work closely with the business architect to verify that the outcomes and detailed requirements are aligned to the different benefits realization phases.
Develop the agenda of workshops and working sessions.
Requirements
Certification: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
Experience:
Around 10 years of experience in developing large-scale technical architectures.
Extensive experience in Pega PRPC, including process flows, activities, harnesses, sections, decision tables, data transforms, and reporting.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Java and experienced in developing multi-tier applications using JAVA, Tomcat, and WebLogic servers.
Experience with web services like SOAP, WSDL, and XML.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading technical teams and projects.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
