Growth, entrepreneurship, responsibility, and freedom. These are the core values of our fast-growing team. Do you want to grow with a young company that is disrupting the traditional merchandise market?
Monday Merch started to help companies improve their merch and make it frictionless. We design your merch package with renders in 24 hours and arrange storage and shipping to (remotely working) team members and customers. It has never been so easy to develop high-quality merch so quickly and effortlessly. We get excited when we see beautifully designed company merch, with employees proud to represent their brand.
As an HR Intern, you will play an essential role in supporting our Head of HR while getting a unique, hands-on look into how an HR department is built from the ground up. Your focus will be on administrative tasks, but you’ll also have the opportunity to support broader HR initiatives, such as mapping and standardising processes, improving employee experiences, and assisting with day-to-day HR operations. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to learn, take initiative, and actively contribute to shaping a growing HR department.
