The workplace support team that you are part of, is here to provide service, support an infrastructure that creates a seamless meeting experience for our co-workers and all stakeholders connected to the IKEA ecosystem. We make sure that the environment provides a great working experience and is safe and sustainable.

We are looking for a Greeter who will ensure a positive and welcoming experience for co-workers and visitors alike. The Greeter is the first contact for everyone entering the building, making them feel at home and providing them with any information, guidance or support needed. Being part of a dynamic environment, you contribute to establishing and improving ways of working and support in a big variety of hands-on tasks.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Make co-workers and visitors feel welcome and well taken care of at our Reception, be the first line contact for any question or request and take action - in person, on the phone, via Teams Chat or mail.
- Secure high-quality standards and excellence in operations for the reception tasks.
- Plan, prepare and facilitate Welcome Tours for new employees to provide them with an effective location introduction and other practical information.
- Make sure that the whole entrance area is welcoming, well maintained, clean and tidy, supplies and all needed information/communication available and up to date.
- Secure that all general co-worker and visitor information provided physically or digitally is up to date.
- Plan and coordinate inspiring and relevant physical and digital activities and events mirroring our yearly calendar of business events, a strong culture and values agenda, health and wellbeing and togetherness in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by actively seeking and acting upon any feedback or needs addressed by our co-workers or visitors.
- Be part of the first aid and rescue team, take duty responsibility for daily operations when scheduled and support other areas of Workplace Support, when cross-functional support or collaboration is needed.
