As a Dutch Speaking Agent, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Provide detailed information about our products and services to clients
- Effectively resolve issues and concerns raised by customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and optimize customer experience
- Engage in training sessions to continually build on product knowledge and service skills
- Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
