EV Charging - Regional Marketing Specialist DACH

What is the challenge?
As our Regional Marketing Specialist for DACH, you will bring Peblar’s marketing strategy to life in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Your focus will be on localizing campaigns, executing events, supporting our sales teams, and growing brand visibility.
You’ll serve as the local extension of the marketing team by collaborating daily with the local sales team and working closely with central marketing to adapt and execute initiatives that resonate in the DACH region.
This role requires a unique mix of creativity, coordination, and commercial awareness. From managing trade shows and sales tools to creating social content and co-hosting webinars with our partners, your work will directly drive awareness, trust, and sales impact in the region.
This role is remote, ideally based in the DACH region or within a compatible EU time zone.
Your main responsibilities are:
Profile
BSc or MSc in Marketing, Communications or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within a B2B or B2B2C context.
Native German speaker with excellent English (written and spoken)
You are based in the DACH region or in a nearby EU country and comfortable working in a remote-first setup.
A strong communicator who builds trust and enthusiasm with partners, colleagues, and local stakeholders.
Proactive and self-starting: you spot opportunities before they're handed to you and take pride in owning execution end-to-end.
Structured and organized: you're able to juggle multiple events, campaigns, and content requests without dropping the ball.
