Job Description

As a BDM, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities through established partner networks and other channels to drive revenue growth.

 

 

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to support strategic planning and identify areas for growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through established partner networks and other channels to drive revenue growth.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals while delivering exceptional service that promotes client retention and referrals.
  • Deliver clear and persuasive presentations, negotiate effectively, and maintain accurate records of all business development activities. Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

 

Ideal Profile

Targeted Qualifications

  • Fluency in English Language, C1 level.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of industry-specific products and services, enabling meaningful client engagement and solution delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Forex field (including evidence of having Active portfolio worth at least 100-150K (per month Net Deposit) 
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated success in sales within a financial or related services environment in (Northern EU or CIS Regions)
