Role: Plant Maintenance Technician

Contract: Full-time
Salary & Benefits:
Salary of up to €4200 per month.
Training opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
Diagnose and rectify faults.
Perform inspections and functional tests on plant equipment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Interpret plant-based technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals to support troubleshooting and repair work.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams.
Respond promptly to plant breakdowns, prioritising tasks accordingly.
Ensure all work is carried out per health and safety regulations and company procedures.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new plant equipment and upgrades to existing systems.
Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and consumables. Requirements
Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of plant equipment.
Sound understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Able to work autonomously while maintaining accountability and high standards.
Proficient in utilising maintenance management software and interpreting technical documentation.
