As an administrative officer in the DHL Customs department, you play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with customs legislation and the smooth running of logistics processes.
You will be responsible for the accurate processing of customs declarations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You follow work instructions and established procedures, closely monitoring the progress of both pending and completed declarations. In addition to processing these declarations, you maintain regular contact with operational teams and customers to inform them of the status. You also support (physical) customs checks and ensure the correct handling of all documentation.
We are looking for a communicative and driven individual with a strong focus on quality and experience in administrative work.
Waar ga je werken?
You will be based at DHL Supply Chain's headquarters, located on Anderlechtstraat in Eindhoven. The site is easily accessible by public transport, car, or bicycle. You will be employed through Olympia, and our team is available daily from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM via phone or email to address any inquiries or to schedule an in-person visit.
