What are you going to do?
In this role, you will be responsible for all daily customs clearance activities, ensuring all documentation complies with Dutch Customs regulations. Your expertise in Dutch customs procedures and relevant documentation will be crucial in maintaining compliance and efficiency.
Your tasks:
Review and verify customs declarations submitted by third-party customs agentsEnsure all documentation complies with Dutch Customs regulations and standardsLiaise with customs brokers to correct errors or discrepancies in declarationsParticipate in performance evaluations of customs brokers, monitoring KPIsAssist in customs inspections and physical checks as required by authorities Support the internal logistics and trade compliance team with customs-related mattersManage T1/T2 transit documents, ensuring compliance with EU transit proceduresWhat do we offer?

What do we ask?
Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferredPrior experience in customs-related or logistics support role (1–3 years preferred)Proficiency in English, with Dutch and Chinese as a plusStrong Microsoft Excel skills for data management and analysisFamiliarity with DMS, AGS, or customs brokerage software is advantageousYou have strong problem-solving skills and are able to respond to demand changes quicklyAre you interested?
