Track, identify, and add qualified leads to the sales pipeline to support business growth.Develop and maintain strong client and partners relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals that address client needs.
Bid Management
Support the preparation and coordination of compelling proposals for client tenders, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
Lead the definition of the solution, in particular in the introduction of our Service approach.
Involve and guide our technical experts through the bid process.
Track and report on the status of proposal components to ensure deadlines are met.
Collect and analyze customer and competitor data to identify strategic opportunities.
Service Delivery
Support our Service Managers in all the phases of a service: preparation, phase-in, operations and phase-out.
Particular support is required during the phase-in for the definition of the management plan, performance metrics, and reporting
Drive the optimization of our delivery processes, in line with our Customers requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace or a related discipline. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in the aerospace sector, with a solid understanding of industry dynamics.
Proven experience in bids and proposal writing, with a track record of successful submissions.
Knowledge and mastery of the service delivery processes and standards.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering beneficial solutions.
Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales with strong negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French, German, or another European language is considered an advantage.
Data analytics background is a strong asset.
