Job Description

Business Development

  • Track, identify, and add qualified leads to the sales pipeline to support business growth.Develop and maintain strong client and partners relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals that address client needs.
  • Bid Management

  • Support the preparation and coordination of compelling proposals for client tenders, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
  • Lead the definition of the solution, in particular in the introduction of our Service approach.
  • Involve and guide our technical experts through the bid process.
  • Track and report on the status of proposal components to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collect and analyze customer and competitor data to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Service Delivery

  • Support our Service Managers in all the phases of a service: preparation, phase-in, operations and phase-out.
  • Particular support is required during the phase-in for the definition of the management plan, performance metrics, and reporting
  • Drive the optimization of our delivery processes, in line with our Customers requirements and internal policies.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace or a related discipline. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in the aerospace sector, with a solid understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Proven experience in bids and proposal writing, with a track record of successful submissions.
  • Knowledge and mastery of the service delivery processes and standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering beneficial solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales with strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French, German, or another European language is considered an advantage.
  • Data analytics background is a strong asset.
