About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious Accountant (AA/RA) with strong strategic insight and advisory skills to join a modern organization with both local roots and international reach. In this role, you will work at a high level, collaborate across disciplines, and make visible contributions to both client growth and your own professional development. Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor for your own portfolio of clients.
- Advising on and preparing (complex) financial statements.
- Guiding, supervising, and coaching junior accountants.
- Identifying commercial opportunities and contributing to growth, nationally and internationally.
- Maintaining client relationships and acting as a trusted business partner.
- Supporting internal knowledge development and innovation initiatives.
Requirements
- Completed or nearly completed AA or RA qualification, or the ambition to achieve it.
- Several years of experience in audit or compilation practice.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Collaborative and coaching mindset.
- Experience with modern IT tools and KPI-driven reporting is a plus.
