What will you do?
You will be reporting to Bizzdesign’s Manager HR Business Partner, and you will support our internationally operating HR team. Our team provides global service to our international organization with companies in 19 countries.
In this role, you will be offered a nice balance between being part of a team and being autonomous in your role.
Your responsibilities will include:
- You will be the HR Business Partner for your dedicated region, The Netherlands, United Kingdom and Spain.
- This includes collaborating with regional managers to improve team dynamics, engagement, and performance during organizational transitions.
- This also includes being the first point of contact for our employees in your region for all HR matters (guaranteeing compliance, social relations, onboarding/offboarding/transfer, contracts, benefits, traveling, training, absences, preparing payroll data, HR reporting, ...).
- You will actively contribute to the building of our corporate HR processes and will take the lead on either our career path and learning & development programs or our HR tools and processes.
Who are you?
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in an HR advisory role within an international environment being responsible for multiple countries.
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Office, and it would be great if you already know BambooHR, our HRIS. You also know your way around in SharePoint.
- You have experience with collaborating with a works council.
- You have experience working within an international team.
- You enjoy working from our Utrecht office 2-3 days per week.
- You can manage to work on different projects/ tasks at the same time.
- You have an excellent eye for detail and are a real pro in organizing your work.
- You are easy to communicate with, follow high integrity standards, and have a sincere interest in people.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch (both written and verbal).

Recruitment process
- 1st Interview with our Internal Recruiter (30 minutes)
- 2nd Interview with our Manager HR Business Partner and HRBP (FR) (60 minutes)
- 3rd Interview with our HRBP (GE) and CHRO (60 minutes)
