Our mission is to deliver exceptional products and services that enhance the lives of our customersAs we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our presence in the Benelux market across our different brands. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our brand and product marketing strategy in the Benelux markets for our 3 major brands: Anker eufy and soundcore. You will lead a team of Brand Managers, work closely with Sales and Go-to-MarketManagers, cooperate with key customers and our Central Marketing team to achieve regional business objectives. This position will be based in Rotterdam.


Responsibilities:

1、Develop annual Benelux brand strategic plans based on brand objectives and local consumer insight, including event calendars, content development, and integrated marketing.

2、Develop & execute Benelux new product launch strategies and campaigns, including co-MKT activities with strategic customers to achieve brand and business goals.

3、Implement brand perception plans (copy, visual concepts, events) based on marketing strategies, product positioning, and selling points.

4、Coordinate & develop media strategies and plans based on brand and new product launch objectives.

5、Oversee content marketing; develop and maintain influencer relationships on social media platforms; analyze market and consumer needs and adjust content strategies.

6、Collect user and brand insights from other markets and or competitors, innovative cross-industry cases, and competitive intelligence; provide reporting to support strategic decision-making.


Requirements:

1、Major in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field..

2、+6 years of experience in Brand, Product and or E-Commerce Marketing, in the Dutch market.

3、Proven track record of developing and executing successful Brand and Co-Marketing campaigns.

4、Excellent written and verbal communication skils in both Dutch and English. Mandatory.

5、Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.

6、Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

7、Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
